LaBicicletta had a pair of 2003 Zipp 404 tubulars…new in box…for $999CAN…pretty insane…or Hed 3 front/disk rear for just under $1100 (also tubular)…that Kuota with the Mavic wheelset would have been on my list…as would the Pinarello carbon TT bike…if I had won the lottery. Think the lady said the Pinny was upwards of 20k…ouch. For some reason this year didn’t seem as good for deals as other years though. We’ll see how my finances hold up over the summer and give a go at the fall show.
I saw that Pinarello. Man, wasn’t it sweet. But 20 K. Even in CDN dollars that’s a lot of money for a bike.
They had some really nice stuff at the LaBicicletta display. I was talking to Heath for awhile. He used to be a sales manager with Cervelo.
I thought there were some good deals at the show, but you had to know what you were looking for.
So CG what was the damage on the Azoto you bought…saw none under $170…can get one new for half that on Ebay

There was one place that had them discounted about 30%. They only had a couple. Paid about the same as ebay by the time you factor shipping, unless going secondhand.
It wasn’t my intent to buy anything specific, but once I saw the two saddles my butt decided that it had to have them.
Let me know if the Azoto doesn’t fit right…I’ll be happy to take it off your hands…further discounted of course…unless you’d like to donate it to the team;-)

Read my other post. So far not overwhelmed, but I have to put some serious seat time on it before I can pass judgement. I think I’ll really end up liking the Fizik though.
