Other N.A. 140.6s that should be resurrected

St. G coming back as a full got me thinking: what other races, that were 140.6s that got cut to 70.3, would it be neat to see as fulls again?

Oceanside tops my list, as it’s close to home and would bring a full to San Diego once again, but there must be compelling reasons for others…

what would be your choices?

Tahoe and CDA
.

x2 on Lake Tahoe

Also, wasn’t there a 140.6 in Rhode Island? Before my time, but would be nice to have a New England full.

Definitely Lake Tahoe!!

Agree! Would love to do CDA again

I don’t know about fulls, but I really wish they would bring back Timberman.

Timberman was an awesome race in a great community
.

Yes to Timberman!

Tough situation with it being staged in the Laconia area’s high season. They don’t need the aggravation.

Beach to Battleship
.

HITS Lake Havasu perfect swim and run (flat). roads could have been more paved

Another vote for Timberman. Also Mooseman. This is the weekend it was always held, and it always makes me miss it.

Since the subject is about resurrecting races…

Cape Cod Endurathon

Cambridge Equilateral

World’s Toughest

Another vote for Tahoe.

x5 on Tahoe!!!

x5 on Tahoe!!!

Tahoe is a clear frontrunner so far.

While oceanside would be my number 1, I’d sign up for Tahoe as well.

wonder if WTC watches slowtwitch?

I’d love to do the full version of Silverman. I will even take the 70.3 version which was a real beast…
