I was watching the Olympic Trials last night and I swear Alan Webb looks just like Timmy from South Park.

How about that women’s 3000 Steeple Chase? WT heck was THAT all about? Missing the first water jump? Anybody hear her excuse yet?
Robert Gary looked great IMO.
Missing a jump is not as uncommon as you might think…especially for women who are new to the event and on a big pressure packed stage.
Luckily it didn’t cost her a spot on an Olympic team, that would have really sucked.
Apparently she just lost her grandmother who had been a big influence in her life and she wasn’t as focused as she should have been.
Poor kid is getting a lot of flak on the running boards right now.
