For anyone who is a fish fan (or not), now available at your local markets and some grocerys is Copper River Alasken Salmon. If you have never had this you are in for a special treat. This is by far the best fish available that I know of, loaded with good stuff and produced by a sustainable fishery.
You can recognize the fish by its BRIGHT red color and loack of “fishy” taste or smell. So go to the store tonight and pick up some natural goodness. Copper River Salmon is available for only a limited time once a year!
(yes it is more expensive than farm raised, but aren’t you worth it?)
