I’m intersted in putting some stuff up for sale, but am still wondering what is the fair range. So, if one would like to discuss pricing on a wheelset, or any given product for that matter, should he post it on the Classifieds forum even though it may not turn into a classified ad? Or should I use this forum since its not a for sale ad? (trying to avoid trouble).

you could always do a search for similar wheels in other classified boards or do some ebay cruising to get a rough idea…depends mostly on condition of the wheels and their current marketability…do some homework on ebay would be your best bet

He should probably put up his like-new carbon wheels for about $50, that’d be a fair price, offer them to SlowTwitch first, and I’d buy them. So howaboutit?
