Is analysis of the federal IT workforce according to the provisions of the Clinger-Cohen IT survey assessment.

Do you know, that out of 952 GS2210 series IT workers for the Social Security Administration, 24 of them SELF RATED themselves as having NO interpersonal skills?

I’d have thought the number was much higher.
