So for those of you on the challenge…with all the parties coming up, I need some healthy options. I find vanilla rum and diet coke to be ok, but looking for some more options. NOt a beer drinker, which is both good and bad! So, I’d love to hear your ideas!

You need to stick to clear alcohols
and what you mix them with needs to be light or low in sugar, like yoiu said diet coke but vanilla rum might have a lot of sugar in it.
Also stay away from dessert wines, they are real high in sugar
OR you can do what I do is take a Yeager shot or two and be good for the evening! YEE HAW!!
Just drink a really dark stout. You’ll get your drink, vitamins, and meal in one glass…or two…or three…
But there’s not too much alcohol in some stouts. But like you said, it’s a meal on its own, so there’s no need for dinner!
I used to drink vodka and sprite together, but have matured to drinking vodka and club soda. No bars really had diet sprite, so i was getting useless calories there. I just add extra lime and it makes up for the difference in sprite and club soda. unless its a huge drink, one of those is usually under 100 calories.
