clocks- there are none in my primary workspace. I guess I could put one up, but why?
At home- my garage could do with an old-school (literally old school, as in school) GE clock that is so incredibly industrial and institutional. I just set the dive bezel on my watch and I know when the epoxy turn to gel. Simple enough for me.
But, I am glad you don’t wear a watch and can look at clocks on the wall without being distracted. I can’t even walk and chew gum at the same time…
It is not for everyone, but it sure took a lot of stress out of my life. Sometimes I think I put a lot of “rules” on myself and now that I am an old fart (with AARP card), I am trying to lighten the load. Aloha G
I have two watches. One is a very nice Rolex Explorer II I wear when I go out. It isn’t accurate at all. It gains a minute and a half every two weeks. (I got a really big bonus from a former employer 15 years ago.)
The other is a Timex IM that’s very accurate. I never have to set it. It was a steal at US$35 including the h/r strap.
I check the Timex once in a while, whenever I think about it. I check the Rolex against the USNO master clock every two weeks. sometimes less frequently.
