Miss Spotty Girl and I spent a quiet Saturday evening taking our favorite walk: out to the dock on Lake Apopka in Central Florida.
We paid our respects to Mister Brutus, Lord of the Local Pond. He’s a beaut, but his arms look a little ridiculous… like those of a cyclist.

OK OK that’s geeky. So sue me. 
That’s the Rockman T shirt hanging off the bench to the right.
Bridge pose. Trying to get height without breaking anything. That and clenching my ass cheeks and holding on for dear life.
Some abs work. The real yogis can levitate with this pose. I don’t know how they do it.
Lower back work and Superman fantasy all rolled into one pose.
Warrior pose. Simple but nice. My mom and I saw a bird land in the grass behind me there. There was a shriek, some commotion, and the bird vanished. Come to find out, there was a gator right there in the water where the bird landed. I only regret not catching him in the act of nabbing the bird. It’s wild out there.
Warrior III. I’m such a poser.
Up dog. Lots of butt clenching action here as well.
Down dog. I haven’t made my peace with this pose yet.
