Anyone in Orlando area know if Lucky is still hosting his daily open water swims in crane lake? His website looks like it has not been updated in the last year. Maybe an alligator finally got him??!?!
I was in Orlando for work in mid October and they were still swimming, it was a blast. He also was advertising in the Orlando YMCA Pool. At the time it did not seem at all like he was shutting things down. I would assume they are still swimming. I think his e-mail is on his website, I sent him an e-mail before showing up and he said they were still swimming. That might be the best way to confirm.

I was there in late October and Lucky was still swimming. Course there was only 3 of us that morning when the cold front came thru.
I think he’s now running ads for the swims in Swimming World so presumably he’s still around.
