Orca Mens Pro Killa Suit review here

Figured I’d give my body size as that might impact fit and/or function a little:
5’9", 156 lbs., 39-40" chest (I wear a tailored 44 mens suit jacket), muscular build.

I purchased a medium suit. I wore it once to the pool to try it out yesterday. The fit out of the water felt perfect. The suit has seams around the neck, arms, and legs that seemed to seal correctly when fitting it on dry land. The material the suit is made of was really nice as well. In front of the mirror the suit felt and looked great.
In the water:
In the water the suit at the back of the neck tended to gap and funnel water straight down the middle of my back. Also I tended to get water flow under my right arm pit under the seam as well. I could fool with the suit and correct the arm pit area but could never get the back of the neck to seal correctly no matter how I rearranged the suit on my body.
Major problem:
Like I said first time the suit was out of the wrapper and in water. The seam down the middle of the back seperated near the small of my back. The seams are only glued and prob heat treated. No sewing. May be one time thing. This may have also led to the improper fit on the back of the neck, but I don’t think so. Can’t say if it was seperated before I started or not becasue I didn’t find it till after I was showering.
Faster:
Good question. I didn’t time myself. But the suit felt good and I liked the feel.
I returned the suit and picked up a 2XU speed suit. I was afraid of the same thing happening with another Orca suit. I’ll brief on the 2XU if I get a chance. I know I love their elite wetsuit.
