heres the deal. doing a running stage race starting mid august, 160km over seven days, starts with a half marathon, ends with a full, other distances 15-30k. training was fine up to two and a half weeks ago, 100k/week long run up to 26k in 2 hours no problem. then, disaster. left calf, haven’t run since 5.19. planning to start again 6.14 when i get the orthotics to correct bio-mechanical issues that led to injury. question is, can/should i (and just so y’all know, i hope to) do it, and what should i do to lead up to it.
