yeah, i’m a rookie.
I’ve finally made it to the level where i don’t embarass myself in the pool, so i figured it’s now time to try to embarass myself in the open water.
Does anyone know of some good spots to swim at/groups to swim with in the San Diego area? (preferably north county, but whatever)

Check out the Tri Club San Diego website, I know they just started a north county group on Monday nights at 6p. Down at the Tamarack parking lot in Carlsbad. They also do swims down at the La Jolla Cove on Friday nights! Their website should have all these details!

I can’t remember which night the Tamarack swim is, that just started up the past couple of weeks. These are the one’s that I am aware:
Monday night, 6pm, LaJolla Shores
Wednesday night, 6pm, LaJolla Shores
Thursday night, 6pm, Oceanside Pier
Friday morning, 6:30am, Fletchers Cove, Solona Beach
Friday night, 6pm, LaJolla Cove
Sunday morning, 8am, Powerhouse Park, Del Mar
