I live in the Twin Cities area and I’m looking for good places to do some open water training. Where are the best places? The closer the better, but I’m willing to drive if it means getting into a better lake (more room, less people, etc.). Thanks!
Lake Nokomis, site of Life Time Tri next month. Water is warm enough to skip the wetsuit.
I go to Square Lake, near Stillwater. The water quality is higher than anything in the metro.
