It’s the 10K associated with the pool nationals. Lots of talking head footage, but there is some good footage of actual swimmers in action along with the guy in the hat.

Interesting to see how much some of the top guys shorten up their strokes compared to what they do in the pool.

This isn’t open water nationals. This was the grand prix in indianapolis to qualify for trials in october.

We were at nationals in Fort Myers…the water i swam in was much bluer and it was much sunnier in florida!!!
