There are two really good sites for Triathletes. http://www.buckeyeoutdoors.com and http://www.mapmytri.com
I have used BuckeyeOutdoors and its really done well, however I found the mapmytri site and feel compelled to migrate over.
Any input?

I use Excel. Every other log I have ever used (online or not) took more time than I was willing to spend (so I could get wasted reading ST more!), and I know Excel inside and out so it’s easy to use use what I know.
I use docs.google.com online spreadsheet
course / date / duration / miles / avg. pace / avg. hr
I wrote a web based log utility in asp.net with an SQL back-end. It’s nothing super fancy but motionbased was making me crazy with the delay between pages rendering. With my log, you enter the date of event, select the type of event, enter distance, and enter time. It spits out speed and pace, gives you a summary on the home page, and three reports where you can get more specific information.
It’s free to use if anyone is interested, just PM me and I’ll setup an account for you.
