One month of 2026 done - February goals/accountability thread

19 days in a row! The end of today will be a PR of sorts if you look at recent streaks, which feels a little daunting - but that’s a silly thought, because the difference in going from say 15 to 16 vs 19 to 20 is the latter should be EASIER because of the brain re-wiring to eradicate this maladaptive and damaging coping mechanism. So maybe I’ll just think “get through today” and not think about the total number of days right now.

I got in some workouts amid this busy work stretch/tired/laziness this month lol. Weather hasn’t exactly cooperated, that is changing for the better lately.

Still trying to convince myself to race in April (see again: laziness)…

Hit up some sort of training all 28 days.

8 kayaks total 33 kms.

14 mountain bike rides total 270 kms

16 runs total 97 kms.

Also lots of walking/hiking often as warmup, cooldown, a few specific hill hikes. Weights/strength work was a bit down on what it probably should be.
