19 days in a row! The end of today will be a PR of sorts if you look at recent streaks, which feels a little daunting - but that’s a silly thought, because the difference in going from say 15 to 16 vs 19 to 20 is the latter should be EASIER because of the brain re-wiring to eradicate this maladaptive and damaging coping mechanism. So maybe I’ll just think “get through today” and not think about the total number of days right now.
I got in some workouts amid this busy work stretch/tired/laziness this month lol. Weather hasn’t exactly cooperated, that is changing for the better lately.
Still trying to convince myself to race in April (see again: laziness)…
