On-Course Nutrition @ M-Dot Races

Anyone know what the nutrition will be at M-Dot races this year?

Not looking for your best guess but someone that might have solid inside info.

Prepping for Oceanside 70.3 and I like to go in having trained on the same products if possible.

The website is not that helpful stating that it changes year to year and COULD be:

Bike Aid Station
Gatorade Endurance
Water
PowerBar Gel
PowerBar
Bananas

Run Aid Stations
Gatorade Endurance
Water
Cola
PowerBar Gel
Pretzels
Chicken Soup Broth (Fulls only, after dark)
Oranges
Bananas
PowerBar

They’ll be serving chipotle and Potbelly as well

Last year it was exactly what’s listed… although I only saw the PowerBar solids at one bike station (or maybe that was a different race, can’t remember). Definitely various flavor gels (some caffeine, some not) and bananas tho. On the run there was also cookies and grapes at I think pretty much all the aid stations. No broth of course since it’s a half.

It’s orange Gatorade endurance on the bike and I think lemon-lime on the run.
