**"**A Kern County firefighter had three of his racing bicycles stolen from his garage.

Engineer Jimmy Watkins, 29, who is Kern County’s sole London 2012 Olympic hopeful and a two-time American record holder in track cycling, had three of his bicycles stolen from his garage on the night of Sept. 20."

If you guys can help at all, I’m sure it would be appreciated.

I apologize if this has already been posted.

I saw the story linked on cnn this morning too . Hopefully someone will find them quickly!

Link posted says “page not found”. What kind of bikes were stolen?

Pretty shitty… A few years ago Crowie has his bikes flogged from his garage, too…

Heres what i found on FELTS facebook page.

Post 1:
HELP! Elite US sprinter and Project London pro Jimmy Watkins had his three Felt’s stolen from his Bakersfield, CA garage this morning. He lost his TK1 complete, FC complete and Dispatch. Please keep an eye out. Thank you!! (Note to thief: Karma’s coming)

Post 2:
HELP v2! This is a 2012 TK1 Bayonet fork and as of today there are only eight in circulation, all on Felt elite athlete’s TK1’s. Jimmy Watkins’ stolen TK1 has one. The last info we have is that this bike could be in SoCal, perhaps Redondo Beach area. Please keep your eyes peeled. Thanks, everybody.

Fixed the link. Thanks.

Man those ARE pretty rare. Gonna be hard to move them. I hope someone finds this F****r before he catches on how hot they are. Once he does, he’ll probably chuck them into a dumpster or something. Keep an eye out on craigslist.

I was looking thru craigslist and found a felt FC in LA. No pictures and claimed it was “new”. Dont know if it means anything, but it was posted two days ago for 2000. Then the next day dropped to 1600 and then ads were deleted by him. Anyone think anything of it? (Sorry if this is someones bike legit…just trying to help him get it back)

that is awful.

is there any sort of effort underway to help him with replacement gear?
