Old farts: What are your top 5 stretches for tri?

OK, Dan has me convinced: I should stretch if I want to go faster. I’ve neglected stretching big time, mostly because I didn’t really see the connection between stretching and speed (stretching and injury prevention, yes, but I don’t seem to get injured training).

But the fact remains, I don’t really like stretching – hence my question. What is the least amount of stretching I can do to derive the biggest benefit? IOW, what are your top 5 (or 7 or 10) stretches for tri?

Thanks!

Tony
