Ok a bit more serious position critique

I’ve given up the landis sweatpants, for now:

The feels reasonable comfy for 30 minute all out efforts. I occasionally have to stretch an arm out. Knees tend to just tap the back of my arms when going hard.

Dare I say, in a slowtwitch first, that your saddle appears too low from the angle of your back leg.

Intruiging, I edited the original post to include the 2nd pic intended, look too low still?

Just when I was about to lay into you for the top pic, you posted the new one. Nice save.

I think it looks pretty good. Dang … you’ve got the shortest femurs for a long-legged person that I’ve ever seen. Maybe that’s just a funny camera angle.

I see you’ve got the VT integrated bars and that’s a shame. Nice bars, but really restricted in what you can do with them. If it were me, I’d sure want to see if I could get lower with the front end and you’ll never do it with those bars (as I don’t see any spacers beneath them).

I really can’t see much I’d tell you to change – except to tell you to learn to shrug and get that melon out of the wind more. FWIW.

The vision bars are indeed as low as they will go, but they were cheeeap, and “Waaafer theen”
.

I’m still trying to figure out how long your house is to allow you to ride
by and get pictures without a trainer.

Straighten the books on that shelf!
Is that a Lunar on the floor?

Agree with what has been said. Maybe put the seat up a tad, head down, and hunch. I actually find that the hunch makes my arms more comfortable (I don’t have to stretch them out as much).

Love the clean looking bike.

Your knee angle is 130-135 MAX, you are suppose to be around 150, you got a ways to go

I think your leg hair cancels out the aero helmet.

I’m wondering how much that adam’s apple disrupts the air flow, I mean, wow!!!

I am curious what software you are using for these pics. Maybe I have missed where you have posted it before.

Overall I think looks quite good. At first glance (and other posters confirmed by measuring your knee angle) your saddle looked a little low. The shape of the LAS helmet mates very nicely with your back. Raise the saddle a touch (which will also help make your torso more horizontal). If you want to go lower still, just pick up an adjustable stem for ~$60 and you could probably drop your front end 2-4 cm for cheap.

looks like a strong position, however your neck looks a bit stressed and that it would get tight/uncomfortable pretty quickly. I know you want the tail to be as flush as possible to your back but it looks a bit forced…
