Like several other UW peeps I signed up for the Ohio Triple T, but alas I don’t have a place to stay yet. If anyone has an extra place in their cabin or hotel room where I can crash, plz let me know.

Last year, I stayed at the Ramada Inn in Portsmouth. Only 15 minutes driving time to the race site. Plus, wi fi and free breakfast. I was able to post updates every night on ST after the race(s).
How did you find that? All I get is the main lodge, it doesn’t show anything…

But that’s only for the electric ones. All the tent ones are already gone. There are some first come first serve spots, but the park says those are usually full by Wednesday of that week. Anyone got a camp site reserved that wants to let someone put up a small tent? Haven’t checked out the private campgrounds yet though.
i’ve stayed on the “electric” site for the last two years. i don’t see the problem. its a bit of a crapshoot just how late the southern OH memorial day weekend party crowd want to stay up and how loud they will be. 2 years ago, it was great - the campsite was pretty quiet by 10pm. last year, i got stuck with a large multifamily group nearby who pushed the noise curfew to the limit.
I’ve got room for one more in my cabin. Carl K. from UW is staying there, too.
