Off Season power Drop from Peak Season?

How much of a power % decrease do you see in your Threshold Power from Peak Season to the Off Season?

I’d like to hear some answers to this as well. I know mine has probably dropped, I’m just scared to test to see how much

Try to minimize it to about 5% - this is what I have seen with my athletes. If you let it get too low, you’ll spend a number of months just getting back to where you were. This is one of the reasons I don’t believe in ‘base training’ on the trainer in the winter.
