It is 80 degrees out now with a forecasted high of 82. That is incredible. We are over 1000 miles ahhead of last years’ mileage and have been rdingin consequtively for over 12 days in nice weather with no rain.
Unbelievable. This is the spring weather we have been waiting a decade for.
So, does this mean that you are only training on the bike and therefore not racing tris this summer? Fewer FOP types in the 40 - 44 AG in Michigan would be a good thing for this soon to be MOP 40 - 44 AGer.
Nope. I’m racing evrything I can as usual. I may not train, but I do race.

It has been an amazing “spring” so far and I am also ahead with my no-training, training to. I rode a hard 2 1/2 hour ride on the weekend with my girlfriend and she only dropped me a couple of times and we really cranked it up for the final 10K.
From what I can tell, it’s much drier than it has been in the past and what it should be normally. Great for us out door training folk, not so good for farmers and wild-life that are dependant on wetter conditions.
