My current favorite post ride snack is chocolate milk and pork rinds. I can’t be the only one that eate weird s@#t after training.

I am on a beef or turkey jerky kick after long runs or rides.
Goldfish Crackers! I get them in the huge milk carton jugs and just lay on the couch and pour them directly into my mouth. If I could hook them straight up to my veins, I would.
Peanut butter filled pretzels from Trader Joe’s. mmm… they are tasty.
