Oakley sunglasses! What's everyone using?

From what I can tell a lot of people are using the jawbones. Why no love for the radar and M-frames? Finally looking at getting myself a new pair after my half jackets have pretty much had enough. Is there anyone out there with experience in the radars or M-frames? Or should i just sheep along and buy the jawbones?

For Cycling Jawbones (looser fit around the head and good vision)
For Running Radars (like having no frame at bottom and tighter fit means less movement)
For racing Radar XL (perfect for TT position)

Go Polarized if you have the money
.

radars and jawbones are too big for my face so I have a the flak jacket and split jacket

i like both, but the split jacket wins for style points
.

Yeah I was thinking the Radars would be better for all round use, plus they look faster and that’s what counts right?
.

Radars since 2008 for me. Silver coating on the frame is starting to come off now, and the lenses are starting to go, but they have been used daily for most of that time, commuting and then as normal sunnies, never get kept in the baggy and rattle around in my pocket with coins and keys too, so they owe me nothing in terms of life. Water repel was amazing to begin, and even now after a wash is pretty good. Have a clear lens too. Swapping is not too hard, bit scary the first couple of times, but I actually got an Oakley rep to do it to begin with (they broke them, their fault!) and then it got easier after I’d got the knack. In all honesty part of the thinking for a replacement pair is to leave the clear lenses on these ones and get a second frame and unscratched dark lens.

I like the choice of fit, I’ve really sensitive eyes to wind, and the middle ones are perfect for the shape of my cheeks whilst still providing the protection.

For road cycling and running I use flak jacket XL. For aero position I use zeros

All the silver coating is flaking off my half jackets as well, bit of a shame really but I guess if you use them every day pretty much for 5 years they are going to wear out.

IF I had only one I would go Jawbones
.

Jawbones (cycling, running, racing)
.

for the aero position youve got to go rimless.

Half jackets…if you have the cash go jawbones.

Love the radars. Great vision, defog quickly and look better than jawbones IMO.

Riding, running

Look into the new Fast Jacket; it’s basically the shape of the Radar, but with the lens swap out ability of the Jawbones.

Personally I’m using the Scalpels, just 'cause I like how they look and they are 1/2 the price of the others.

Jawbones and Radars.

Forget the M-frames, they’re not as good as the other options. The Radars are an excellent pair of sunglasses, although having said that I race long course in the Jawbones. Personally I didn’t like the Radar XL. Agree that polarized lenses are the bomb and are worth springing for.

For running I use Flak Jackets. I have tried them on the bike but in the aero position the top frame gets in my line of site. On the bike Im using a cheap, tinted pair of frameless safety glasses.

the ones with the flames on the sides. They make me look like I’m going faster

Had Jawbones, but LOVE my new Radar XL’s.

I use both Jawbones and Radar Paths.

I prefer the Radars when I am on my TT bike and Jawbones on the road bike.

I have both Jawbones and Radars. I actually prefer the Radars for the unobstructed view… The jaw of the Jawbones gets in the way if I’m trying to look down at my bottle cage, pedal, derailleur, etc
