Many people believe that the reason they have it tough is not because of their own actions, but because society is keeping them down. Just listen to our elected officials. People aren’t losing their houses because they got 3 home equity loans to by a BMW, Harley, and a Boat. It was the predatory banks. You tell people this enough, and it’s easier to believe than to realize their own actions are the problem.
it’s not just the nut jobs in this video…hell, the NYT would make you think we all have a hand in it. According to the Times, society and a bankrupt penal system put Lovelle Mixon in that situation - individual choice had nothing to do with it.
Wasn’t it just a few weeks ago that a local judge ordered the early release of thousands of criminals? wonder how this case will affect that decision…

Diablo 50k was spectatular last weekend. quite painful but well organized.
I guess the good news was there were only 40 people at the anti cop pro murderer protest and rally. They were smart enough not to drive over the the memorial to do it in front of the many thousands of folks who turned out for the service. They would have been ugly.
