NYC Natural Running Clinic

Next Tuesday, June 15, there will be a natural running clinic at 6:30 PM in Central Park. Everyone will be meeting at the boathouse and going from there. The clinic will be put on by Danny Abshire and Ian Adamson from Newton Running. I hope you guys can make it!

Hope you can make it! Keep in mind though that you don’t need to be a Newton runner to be there. Everyone is welcome.

So how was this Clinic? We have one here in Ohio tomorrow and I am trying to decide if it is worth my drive or not.
