Damn, throwing in 4:21 miles at the 30K mark! OUCH! Couldn’t even do that for 1/2 a mile fresh on a good day with a tail wind! The final mile or two was at 4:28 pace and then a sprint finish. Meb got to watch it all from 3rd and he had an awesome race.
