Sometimes the volume of customers and business boggles me.
The Ann Arbor Triathlon filled a few days ago and registration is closed and pegged. new people come out of the woodwork every day. I used to recognize all our customers. Not any more.
In the store at 6:30, 7:00 Am and out at 11:00 PM every day. It’s been too busy to do much posting lately during business hours.
Tom can customers go to your shop at 10 or 11 at night? Or are you doing the wrench & paper work you can’t get to while dealing with customers during the normal business hours. Seems like many times that I need to get ot my local shop they are closing about the time that I am getting off of work.
BTW when do you find time to train lately?
Our last customer left the store last night at 10:40 PM. If people want to buy something, we are open.
