Nutrition question - Hemp hearts

So I’m really working hard at cleaning up my eating habits this year, and have been doing fairly well at it. My girlfriend (not an athlete, but a health-minded individual) is a big proponent of hemp hearts (shelled hemp seeds). I can’t seem to find much in the way of “unbiased” information (if that ever really exists). Most of the info online is from pro-hemp organizations.

Anyone out there have any input on their potential health benefits?
