Anybody experience numb toes on long bike rides? I have been experience either numbness or discomfort in my toes (particularly big toe) on my right foot. Any insights as to what the cause could be? For the record, I have been professionally fit on my bike so don’t think it is the bike fit.
Loosen the straps on top of your shoes. Especially important on long rides as your foot gradually swells during the ride.
