It’s still not on my grocery store shelves, though, so I’m already behind 
I was thinking about you today and considering giving you a shout out. I saw eggnog at the Kroger in town today! That and one of the radio stations has started playing 24-7 Christmas songs. But that’s another story!

Every time we go to the grocery store my daughter heads straight for the dairy section to check… not yet… but soon… I can feel it!
We have the goods here in NH! I have alrady bought a couple of cartons. Not much of a selection at Shaw’s - Hood and Oakhurst is what I have seen so far. The Hood is pretty tasty. If you can find the Southern Comfort one that is the one I prefer.
How can someone drink so much eggnog you ask? Eggnog Lattes man. Light eggnogn foamed up + 2 shots of fresh espresso. I’m in heaven (and will gain 20 lbs before Christmas is here i swear!)

Dude, lattes? I go straight a whole liter at a time! I’d have to search my old posts, but I think it’s like 800 calories and some ridiculous amount of milk fat 
I don’t really get fat over the winter, but darn if I don’t know why because this stuff is rich!

I just don’t get this.
We had a radio station play Billy Ray Cyrus’ “Achy Breaky Heart” continuously for three days straight a few years ago! It was some sort of protest
I will confess this weakness. The missus and I forgo alcohol pretty much the entire year. But, when the eggnog season arrives, we enjoy our nightly treat with a splash of brandy (her) or bourbon (me). We do have the willpower to wait till after Thanksgiving, though.
A protest against having listeners?
C’mon Amy, it really gets you in the Christmas mood by like the third week of November. There really is nothing like mowing your lawn and being able to listen to Burl Ives croo “Silver and Gold.” Its all I can do to not put up my Christmas tree!
