Hi all you IMC geeks.Just to let you know that this weekend the good folks at Peach City Runners will be providing two aid stations out on the IMC bike course on Saturday and Sunday.Myself and PCR owner Steve Brown will be at the special needs turn at Barcello Rd and there will be another station at the top of Yellow Lake.We will be providing gatorade,water,bad jokes and heartfelt insults to all and sundry.Girls will get the full body massage option upon proof of single status.Ultraman triathletes and the guys who are out there doing the B.C Tour 300k randonner on Sunday will have beer provided with our most humble admiration.We will be there from 10am-2pm both days so if you miss us it's 'cause you were too bloody slow!
Remember it is a crazy long weekend and the campervans will be out in force.Be careful out there.
