Beautiful, but why the dramatically dropped or sloped top tube? Looking at the saddle height, etc. it doesn’t look like you have a stand-over issue, or am I wrong? What’s your large chainring tooth count?
53-40 chainrings with 11-21 at the back (waiting for Qrings to come with bigger chainrings).
Drop - because i always feel very good when riding compact geom. Personal pref.

I’m thinking that I’m going to go with either a custom Serotta or Litespeed (or QR) when I take the plunge for a dedicated Tri bike as well. Did you travel to TN for measuremnets, consulting, etc.? Or was everything done local to you? She looks sooooo comfy!!!
