I have a scheduled LT test tomorrow Tuesday, at 11:30am. I ran 21 miles on Saturday and biked 75 miles on Sunday. (Both workouts were at a relatively slow pace, especially the run).
1st Question: Do I need more than 1 day recovery between my long ride and my LT test? (my legs are feeling kinda dead today)
2nd Question: If no, can I do a long slow swim tonight without negatively impacting the swim?
I’m training for IMTX and I was hoping to use the LT data for the last 60 days of build before I start my taper. This is my first Ironman. I have a horrible biking base and a strong running base.
