…but I think I crossed the derailleur cables in the down tube of my P2K. Anyone have any advice on how I can reinstall the front derailleur cable without crossing the rear cable inside the tube? Many thanks!
Pull one of the cables out of the frame. Make sure the other one is nice 'n tight. Lay the bike on its side with the empty cable slot on the bottom. Use a brand spanking new and straight shifter cable and thread it through. Since the cable comes out of the down tube at the BB, it should be easy to keep them separate. Run the cable back and forth by hand to make sure there is no extra friction and adjust - E
