After yesterday’s nostalgia of the early days of triathlon I was reminded. . .
At the Tri-America race this last weekend I saw an all original, race ready, first year Nishiki Altron. Talk about memories. . .that was my first dedicated tri-bike (indeed it was part of the first wave of bikes marketed specifically to multisporters. Back then Kenny Souza was huge and boy could he make his Altron scream). . .I nearly wept.
