i will find myself in minocqua/woodruff, wisconsin this weekend and would like to put in a 50-60 mile ride. any suggestions on routes? thanks.

you may want to give BJ’s sporting goods a call - they are the local shop in minocqua. the area west of minocqua has scads of roads in the woods connecting the bazillions of vacation lake homes. there has to be miles and miles of sweet riding out that way. could be there are some dirt roads, tho - dunno as i ususally go there in winter. i am fairly certain there is also a crushed limestone rail trail thing - but i hate those. call BJ’s.
