I wish I knew about this race. It’s close to home. I already signed up for a race on that date (Skinnyman), so I’m out.

Only 11 people signed up for a race in it’s 4th year? Sounds like previous year’s competitors are the ones who should be polled.

I looked at the website and for the life of me could not get interested in the event they are promoting. Didn’t see the sizzle, didn’t see the steak.

I’ve been told by last year’s participants it was a very well done race.

I just found out about the cancellation and immediately sent Walt an email about wanting it to continue and signing up right away. I am also willing to help in any way I can to set up if he needs it. I understand lack of response is just that, lack of response. This has been my favorite triathlon for the previous 2 years because I have my best results each year on this course. It is somewhat hilly, but our whole area is, suits me just fine. It is a point-to-point-to-point course ending in a very nice park. This type of course is fun and unusual, the swim is in a small lake that is usually glassy smooth and warm. The ending in the park is great because it is followed by home made food lunch that is the better than the big races. I’m telling you and everyone that this is a race to save. I’m all in! :slight_smile:
