If anyone in NorCal is looking for a spot to open water swim, Lake Berryessa is current 57 degrees. With booties, gloves, and a squid lid I was totally comfortable. I swam out of Markley but I bet Acorn Flats is even warmer since it is further from the dam and shallower. If anyone is game, I plan on doing OW swims from here on out every Saturday. Send me a PM if you’re interested in meeting up! I’ll switch to Natoma once it warms up to 57 or so. Current it is at 52 degrees.
