I run in in triax 11 and wave rider 9.
I found the new precisions to be too firm under my forefoot.
The light shoes that have good cushioning with a relatively open toebox are:
Nike Lunar Trainers. Try them a 1/2 size up as they have a pronounced drop off at the toe.
Brooks St Racer. Very stable and soft for a light shoe has a wide toebox, though for me the rear tab rubs against my achilles.
Saucony Fastwitch: Light stable and cushiony. These shoes tend to run narrow.
Saucony Tangents: A little heavier than the fastwitch, but has a more open toebox.
NB 903.
Hope this helps.
