This shoe is designed as a training tool and not for full training and racing. Only runners with exceptional technique and no history of serious injury should use them full time. Several of my clients and I have used them for a short time and I do believe they will be useful to increase the strength and elasticity of the feet and to improve running technique. If you do give them a try, begin using them very cautiously and give your feet time to adjust.

Exactly. My coach and I had quite a long talk about these. The problem is that many runners will think they can use them a lot, and end up getting injured. Injuries to the foot do not come on gradually, you may not know you are getting injured until it is too late. The shoes are great, but be super conservative on use. Think of them as a training aid - like pull buoys or paddles. Key word being aid…
