But what is that, a 52 or 53? pfff

But what is that, a 52 or 53? pfff
He seems to have my picture on the seattube.
But his position suggests he needs a turbo charger.
Looks like he has a chick on the aerobar too. I would be afraid I might wonder off into a daydream;0)
No pictures, no proof!
The bike’s not nice, but the paintjob is the dog’s!
LOL.
Wow…I like sexy women just like the next guy. But, to put them all over your bike, I just don’t understand.
If that’s a joke (which I hope it is), pretty damn funny.
If not a joke, perhaps we should start collecting donations to get him some help.
Sims (snowboards) did the same thing with their Fader line a few years ago…
i, too, like nice pictures of women, but this is just sad. methinks he does not do well with the ladies.
Whats wrong with a little artwork??
thats prob not a good way to pick up chicks
.
What do you mean? I am sure this works at least as well to pick up the babes as those flashy “nekkid lay-dee” in sillouhette mud flaps you see on every other big rig on the highway.
Yeah, but those mud-flaps will only get truckers “Lot-Lizards”…
This is an overdone, gaudy rendition of Cipo’s simple pinup girl on his bike a few years ago…Truly awful…
Like the ladies or not, that is one friggen cool bike.
First off, there is only one like it in the world (for at least another week or so.)
Second, look at that paint. It’s flawless. The blue and white is slightly classy while still being exciting.
It all matches. He not only painted the frame, he did the fork, the seatpost, and the aerobars as well.
The wheels aren’t perfect. I would have prefered he put something there too. Wheels go a long way on making a bike look cool, and while they sorta match, they don’t blend well with the bike and the different logos and tires are a no no. Also the yellow shoes are just plain ugly on that ride.
He does redeem himeslf some with the red white and blue skinsuit, and the disc and bottle holders match.
I’d like to see something done to his helmet and matching watter bottles, but that’s an after thought.
Overall, though, this is a very cool bike. It will be “the” head turner in the transition area. And like the usage/exploitation of women or not, you certainly took time to check it out. Meaning, basically, it worked.
All great work is controversial, and that is some great work right there.
The wheels are certainly an afterthought. I think a white and blue spiral to the hubs would be nice.
I assume it was that bike I saw on Saturday at IMNZ and it certainly looked distinctive. Personally I think it would look better without the babe stickers (and I like hot chicks!) but I also think that a great bike can stand on it’s own without the stickers.
“All great work is controversial, and that is some great work right there.”
Isn’t there some line between “great work” and just plain gaudy?
From a “quality” standpoint, sure maybe great work. From a “art” standpoint…I’m agreeing with the silohuette mud flaps.

The frame looks like a Martec. I’ve got the same frame but mine is the original garish yellow.
If this guy was like me and bought his frame from chucksbikes.com he likely paid more for the paint job then he did for the frame.
Although the carbon frame weighs a ton compared to other frames these days it’s a good riding and very aero bike.
I hope this guy is really FAST otherwise he just looks like a foolish attention whore.
gaudy??? close your friggin eyes if you don’t like it and don’t forget to peel that Kerry bumper sticker off your foreign car. Quit your drafting too!!
ha- that is good mdtrihard, i am with you- made me laugh out loud.
I like the bike, reminds me of the old wwii bombers with pin-up girls on the side. plus, this guy has a “MC”, a la Marine Corps, on his leg, probably what he was goin for.
I think it looks great, and plus the guy looks pretty fast on the bike, so you can only razz him if you are faster, right?
Can U say Photoshop? Look at the seatpost pic looks totally doctored to me
Yep guady…flashy, garish, loud, meretricious, tawdry and tastelessly showy…seems to fit to me.
