Nice day's riding new hazard's

Almost got me a few times already. Potholes were there were not any before. Jusy be careful they are all over from the freezing ,thawing and freezing again. Also lots of left over salt on road. Be sure to clean your bikes after each ride. Especially the aluminum ones salt will eat through faster then Kirstie Alle can eat 50 big macs at McD’s. Okay maybe not that fast.

Sitting awake on hour 11 of a 12 hour night shift, this cracked me up! Either its hilarious, or I’m delerious. One of the two.

Not to hijack the thread but, I was wondering how many others out there are working the night shift! Thank God for ST!

I’m on night two of four in a row. UGH!

Road debris tends to be pretty bad, too, after the snowbanks melt. The snowplows will have scooped everything from branches to car crash debris onto the shoulder. It’s a good idea to scout each route carefully before trying to do any fast riding on it. Sucks to realize at the last minute that the whole width of the shoulder is covered in sand two inches deep, when you’re moving downhill at good clip and there’s plenty of traffic.

It’s a happy day in the Spring when I see the street sweepers start their work.

Ahmen…I hit Slowtwitch a couple of times on the night shift for giggles.
