technically it was the NHL âStadium Seriesâ not the Winter Classic. I think the Winter Classic refers to the outdoor game played on New Years. Yes the Broons lost their mindâŚ.yes they lead the league in minor penaltiesâŚ.ugh

I assume that he took the loss hard, received some criticism and punched some guy in the face and that alcohol was probably involved. Not a good look but still better than the stereotypical young Canadian hockey player and sexual assault charges. I guess the query âwho took the first swingâ might factor in with the local prosecutor?
Unfounded allegations floating around various hockey websites are that McKenna punched out an older kid who was harassing his mother at a private post game function for friends and family of the team.
The NIL money should buy him a top notch lawyer to plead down.
Considering heâs going to be worth a boat load to some team, I would be amazed if he has to pay anything himself.
Heâs 18, and by all accounts does not have a reputation as a hot head or trouble maker. I would imagine he ends up with a slap on the wrist for this.
