any truth to the rumors IMNA is looking at a Mid-Atlantic location?
supposedly williamsburg, va is in the works. there was a proposal posted somewhere on the web. don’t know as to updated developments. i think myrtle beach was rumored to be looked into as well, but haven’t heard if it got off the ground.
there is a williamsburg, va proposal online but last i saw it was supposedly being reduced from an IM to a 1/2 IM. a quick google search on “ironman virginia” should find it.
i heard the rumor about myrtle beach… don’t know what’s going on with that.
