Hello. Please read the forum rules so you don’t ask about how to post pics, why you can’t private message someone and such.

A lot of good info on here. A lot of bad too. Don’t be offended too much by snarky comments. If you cheat, steal, dope, or defend lance Armstrong in any manner, it’s best to walk away now.

Good luck!

Be careful upon your first foray into the Lavender Room. Best be loaded for bear, religion, gun control, bikini bridges, killer rock songs from whatever past decade is in vogue at the moment, and I would imagine the NFL draft banter will heat up shortly.

I bet your saddle is too high. You should probably just lower it about 2 cm right now.

Please post a picture of your set-up, FTP, 40k time trial times, 10k running PR, and your base send off for 20x100 repeats in the pool. If all of those are deemed worthy, you will receive your ST membership card in the near future and will be allowed to keep posting.

Dude’s gotta be drunk or trolling. I’m betting a drunk troll actually.

Anyways - enjoy your time here. Just take your time settling in. Shit can get real, quick.

You should probably sign up for some crossfit classes and let us know how much they improved your S/B/R…

Hello! I’m new today too! I just had my first trainer ride on my first road bike last night. (Because of that, I’ll be standing for most of the day.) As you might be able to tell from my name, I’m a triathlete who doesn’t bike or run… yet!

Welcome. Just remember cycling is pretty fun most of the time, swimming is pretty damn boring, running is just plain stupid.
