New Trainer video podcasts - Wow!

I caught a reference to this in an earlier thread, checked it out, and just wanted to point them out to the rest of the folks looking for some good trainer options. thesufferfest.com has four excellent video podcasts (so far) that are downloable for free and ideal for winter trainer workouts. Excellent use of race footage and music. Good music choices and tempo coincides with effort level, all with up close and personal race video. I downloaded these to my computer and run them in itunes at full screen - all for free. So much better than Spinervals, etc.

This looks AWESOME and might get me through some snowy days. Thanks!

I don’t want to beat a dead horse, and won’t bump the thread again, but just wanted to give the guy at thesufferfest.com props. For all of the folks talking about trainer workouts and bemoaning the boredom of the Carmichael and Spinerval dvd’s, the sufferfest video’s are your ticket. Structured workouts with onscreen cues, bicycle race footage, and good music (appropriate tempo). All for free download. Anybody riding a regular trainer should love these workouts. O.K., I’ve said my piece, I’ll be quiet now.

Thanks for the bump, I’m going to check this out today. I missed it the first time you posted it.
