Seattle (Everett) is getting a new Half Ironman. Dannon Duathlon is gone replaced by the DannonMan Triathlon.
It has 5k in prize money. Last year they had the duathlon and a triathlon and I enjoyed it (I did the tri). Hope to see you all there.

Looks like a great race - but I don’t think I’ve ever seen a 6:00 AM start time. They really want you off the roads early!
6AM is workable if this is when the oldie-von-moldies go. 60+ goes at 6AM, then fastest first:
25-29 men @ 6:30
30-34 men
35-39 men
40-44 men
18-24 men
30-34 women
45-49 men
35-39 women
50-54 men
40-44 women
55-59 men
45-49 women
50-59 women
you can speed it up more, if you need to and if you have a smaller field, but putting women with the men 10 years older, say, 45-49 men with 35-39 women.
